Request Account Deletion

Delete your account via email:

If a user contacts us via support@sklash.io for bug report or help & feedback, their email will be collected by us for the sole purpose of communication and resolving the issue. However, if the user wishes to exercise their Account Deletion Right, they can request us to delete their email and associated data fron our records by contacting us through the same email address. We will promptly respond to the user’s request and take necessary action to delete their Account from our records.

Instructions For Request Account Deletion:

To request account deletion, user send an email to support@sklash.io from the email address that is valid or registered with the app data. The subject line of the email should read “User Account deletion request” and the email should include all necessary detail

Delete your account via Mobile:

  1. Open the app on your device and login with Mobile Number and click on Login Button
  2. Enter OTP (one time password) and Click On Continue.
  3. Click On Menu at the Top left corner
  4. Click On Settings Info Option
  5. Click On Delete Account at the bottom
  6. Agree the Terms & Conditions, Click on Next Button
  7. Enter the Confirmation OTP (one time password) and Click on Next
  8. Account Deletion Request submitted.
Instructions For Request Account Deletion:

When you delete your account, your public profile is immediately deactivated and your account is permanently deleted in 30 days.
